America’s beloved Ford Shelby Mustang is set to go global distribution as announced by Ford Company. The company is eyeing China and Brazil and other global markets for Mustang Shelby GT500.

In a statement made by Hau Thai-Tang acting as executive director for Ford’s Global products that it is time for the Ford Mustang to get attention from the world’s largest market and gets more than a fair share of its lucrative market. Ford also said that the company is hopeful the product will perform well in sales in countries outside the North America.
Ford Mustang is categorized as SVT and runs on big horse powers and has been exclusive for North American market. But with Ford’s new market outlook, Mustang GT500 would have a clear bet on its viability in the global market to emerge as one ford product for one world. It could be Ford’s biggest assumption and they are confident that it would be materialized as there has been a need for Mustang in different markets in the world and Ford is out to fill-in that need.
However before Ford Mustang GT500 gets in to world markets, Ford is doing a few enhancements and facelifts for the Mustang. It would begin to use supercharged V-8 aluminum 5.8 liter block engine.

The Mustang would also carry a supercharger that has replaced the previous. It would also sports new camshaft and 600 pounds-feet torque using new carbon fiber driveshaft. It would get ready with a clutch of high performance gauge complete with transmission and 650 horsepower engine.
With its bold desire for global distribution, Ford is not open about the Mustang price tag and declared that they are still in the process of calculating. The Mustang GT models in the market now have a tag price of fifty thousand dollars.
Ford is capitalizing on the feedbacks of people high interest in Mustang from all over the world and this resulted in Ford’s joint business venture in Brazil to produce Brazil’s first Mustang. It would be the same in other countries of the world.
With Ford’s scheme of global distribution for its Mustang GT500, America’s most loved car model will now have a chance to win the hearts of global car enthusiasts and Mustang’s spirit as a car of performance will graciously be shared to the world. Summer of 2012 will be the initial date for the production of this beloved Mustang and the world is excitedly waiting.
